“An American Siddhartha: The Way Within” is based on the classic novel “Siddhartha” by Herman Hesse. As in the novel, our dance deals with the universal theme of finding oneself amidst a world of chaos and outside influences. The idea of finding peace from within and not from “without” is timeless, superseding any religious, social, economic, or cultural differences.
